Change Management

The distribution of wealth is a contentious subject in our global community. Inequities between the rich, wealthy, and everyone else have widened over decades, and the societal outlook towards more equitable systems is generally grim. Therefore, who knew a young, innovative financial services company would come into the financial sector in order to be a part of leading necessary change?

Enter Kaiju Capital Management.

The team at Kaiju invited the brandarchist: strategy as a service to capture and develop a brand strategy that will establish their position in the historically conservative financial sector as a disruptor — an ambitious position designed to benefit society as a whole.

A critical insight emerged after primary stakeholder conversations that were then input into our frameworks. While various systemic issues prevent the masses’ financial growth, access is the most crucial. Thus, creating new access points for those usually kept out—whether due to lack of funds or know-how—would positively affect peoples’ financial health generationally in many cases. Accordingly, we collaborated to refine Kaiju’s mission, vision, strategy, narrative design, and value.

This work resulted in a capital management company poised to build innovative products for investors of many sizes. As a result, the type of first-rate expertise and technology traditionally reserved for multi-millionaires and above will be available for the hard-working public looking to grow their money for their families and future.

Bold philosophy and visual assets surfaced from a beast of a company specifically built to raze the old financial sector and raise more money for those who want to get into the investing game safely. Kaiju Capital Management is not only about positive investments; it is about positive impact.

And this is just the introduction to what they have in store for financial markets; more products are on the way. Grounded in an ideology based on the social contract—a concept where those with significant means also have a responsibility to improve society as a whole—this challenger brand is poised to help manifest positive change for all.
